Membership is on an annual basis. A membership fee is payable upon joining and that fee expires one calendar year from the date of purchase.
Eligibility
In order to become a POCLA member, you must have an interest in the practice of law involving the proceeds of criminal conduct.
Cost
The current rates for membership are:
Full membership – £30
Associate membership – £30 (associate membership is available to those who have not yet been admitted to full membership of their profession (i.e. trainee solicitors or pupil barristers, academics, accountants, or any other non-lawyer who is nevertheless interested in the practice of law involving the proceeds of criminal conduct).
Full membership (government lawyer) – £20
