We are pleased to invite you to our Summer Forum, which will be held in London at the offices of Kingsley Napley on 14 June 2023.
In addition to an address by the Rt Hon. Lord Justice Andrew Edis – President of POCLA, the Forum will consist of a number of practical lectures for delegates, including POCA and sanctions: how they fit together -Freezing, seizing and forfeiting sanctions assets: the current law and options for reform from John Binns, BCL Solicitors LLP and a case law update from the ever popular Jeffrey Bryant , CPS and David Trovato, FCA. . The afternoon will include a ‘question time’ style panel event with panel members including The Rt Hon. Lord Justice Andrew Edis, His Honour Judge Michael Hopmeier, Kennedy Talbot KC, Fiona Jackson 33CL, Holly Brennan, Home Office Policy Advisor and Martin Bentham, Home Affairs Editor at the Evening Standard
The Forum is open to POCLA members only and costs just £50 (£30 for Government Employees).
